Shipping & Returns
Generally, we accept returns for a 30 day period after your product has been delivered. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed to the customer in the event of a fault due to our products, the company or our logistics. Your refund will be issued through your original method of payment upon receipt of the product back to our warehouse. We reserve the right to both inspect and refuse reimbursement for returned products if we have reason to believe our return policy is being abused. This is especially true regarding watches, jewelry, or any high-value item or any item that does not match what was originally shipped to the customer. Some products will require a re-stocking fee and will be charged for that particular product before refunds are issued. If you have an issue that requires sending an item back, please contact us to work out any issue you have. We love doing this!
All orders generally ship out within 24 hours from the time they are placed and paid for unless that falls on a weekend day or Holiday. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within 24-48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service to troubleshoot the issue.
We will ship worldwide provided payment has cleared including shipping charges that were agreed upon before the product was purchased. Any international customer must contact us for a shipping quote before the item is purchased. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods, customs duties, or other charges or fees related to international shipping.
We typically ship via UPS but do utilize other shipping services for different reasons. The preferred shipping carrier is determined by the weight and/or the items contained in the order and also the order value. If you need additional insurance or other services, please contact us and we are more than happy to accommodate any request you have. This includes combined shipping. Generally, domestic packages are delivered within 2-5 business days.
High-value items, such as our luxury watches, require additional handling time but not necessarily more shipping time. This is required because our watches are thoroughly inspected by our jewelers before shipping out to assure quality and security. There are no exceptions to this. In other words, handling time is increased but when the order is ready to be shipped, we will utilize an expedited method to ensure the purchase is delivered in the same time frame as other products.
